The official hotel is called the Duo Hotel.

Reception is ready for you 24/7 so if you need anything, you can reach them over the phone in your room.

 

All the places you might need can be found on-site – players’ lounge, offices, restaurant, tournament desk, etc.

 

TRANSPORTATION

You can find the transportation office on-site inside the accreditation office. We provide shuttle transportation from the official hotel to the club.

From Duo hotel to club:

8:30 am, 9:30 am

​

From club to Duo hotel:

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

​

HOW TO GET TO THE AIRPORT? 

​

It takes approximately 20 minutes to get to the airport, however, it depends on traffic. Cars are ready to drive you from the hotel anytime you need to.

FOOD

Tiebreak restaurant inside the venue is happy to serve you.

Opening hours:

Lunch: 11 am - 2 pm

Dinner: 5 pm - 7 pm

TRAINING ROOM

Physio treatments and massages are available on-site every day one hour before the start of the first match until 30 minutes after the last match.

​

STRINGING

Stringers will be ready on-site to serve you every day from 9 am to 30 minutes after the last match. You can find them inside the shop close the tournament desk.

Price: 18 EUR

It will be charged either from your prize money or you can pay for the service right away.

LAUNDRY

If you need laundry service, it is possible to drop off your laundry at the tournament desk and pick it up the next day. 

Price: 100 CZK/1 kg
